On-going servicing and support is a fundamental part of our business and is one of the main reasons why customers remain loyal to KBO security.   We pride ourselves on excellent customer liaison and top quality technical support, after all a fire or security system is of little use to anyone if it is not correctly maintained.   

We provide a dedicated technical help line which is available 24/7 at no extra charge to take your calls and provide support on all of the products we install. Whether it is a new installation or an existing site that we have taken over, each caller receives the same level of support.

KBO is totally committed to serving clients and providing the quality of service you would expect from a company that relies predominantly on personal referral for its business. After all, we are only as good as our last installation and whatever product or service you choose from KBO you can be assured of the same high level of customer support.

All of our engineers are screened to the requirements of British Standard 7858:2006. This being the recognised British Standard for Security Screening of individuals employed in a security environment and we are always looking to provide additional training to our staff to remain abreast with all developments and to ensure our service is first class in every way.
